The staff show the best customer service every time I walk in. The greetings are genuine and the counter is handled very efficiently. Seeing the open layout and ample selection when you go to make your choices is very pleasant and makes me feel relaxed. The tenders have all offered great selections when asked and the product has not been disappointing. I recently moved from out of state and I wasn't sure what would be available here and I am very happy. There was one time I got 1 joint in what was supposed to be a 2 joint pack but I still give 5 stars cause the employees rock and I'll be there regularly 🪷

First time I go to the grand location and the experience there was great staff was friendly. I did a preorder and received the wrong set of concentrate. I ordered one sativa and one indica but received two indicas.

Alyssa is hands down one of the best budtenders I’ve ever had! She’s super friendly, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Her recommendations are always on point, and she makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and knows her products inside and out. Definitely ask for Alyssa next time you’re in, she’ll take great care of you!

This was my first visit to this dispensary, and I’m so glad I decided to stop by while in the area. Although it’s not typically my side of town, the great deals and wide product selection made it worth the trip. My tender Alyssa provided exceptional service , she was extremely knowledgeable about the products, attentive to my needs, and carried herself with true professionalism, which is rare these days. Her expertise and genuine care made my experience outstanding. I would gladly return just for the level of service Alyssa provides.

To the manager: there is a budtender that works there that has long black hair and a moth tattoo on her neck, well she deserves a raise or at least a bonus. If I knew her schedule I’d bring her flowers because I had an interaction with her while I was going through a difficult time, she took the time to actually ask how I was doing and talk to me and I left feeling so much better, ya I mean I got some weed but her uplifting conversation definitely added to me feeling much better. I wanted to write this review in hopes management can acknowledge her awesome work!

Had an AMAZING 1st time experience! Was in Phoenix for one night and dropped my pen. Story was less than 5 min away, all the budtenders were really nice. Owen my budtender was INCREDIBLE. He was patient answered my questions and didn’t get upset when I changed my color 3x. He definitely made my experience pleasant. I will return!!

I’ve been coming to this dispensary for a few years now and let me say, they are awesome every time! Their customer service is what I would call the “Grand Standard” (ha ha because it’s on grand ave) for other dispensaries. I even have the same story cannabis near my store but I prefer this location over any. Even though this location is a little further out, I’d still prefer to go here. Thanks to Shan and Jason the manager. You guys rock!
