I recently visited The Bloom Room and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the person who appeared to be the owner. From the moment I walked in, the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional, and the attitude I received made me uncomfortable as a customer. I tried to ask a few simple questions, but the responses felt dismissive, as if my business didn’t matter. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share when the overall atmosphere and customer service fall short of basic expectations. I hope this feedback helps others know what to expect and encourages improvements in the future.

No need to drive to Missouri or Colorado for flower anymore. Decent selection and fairly reasonable prices, and the fella was even kind enough to give me a preroll for my birthday. I will still buy my bulk hemp online as I can get a better deal, but this place is definitely handy.

I really wanted to like Bloom Room, but my experience was disappointing. The prices suggest premium quality, but the product I received was dry and underwhelming. When I asked the staff for recommendations, I felt rushed instead of welcomed. There are plenty of dispensaries that offer better service and fresher flower for the same price — I’d suggest checking those out first. Bad area rude ownership definitely would take my business elsewhere. Don’t know how they have such high reviews.

This is definitely the worst shop I've ever been to. The clerk is so rude and arrogant, they don't have the most basic respect. I have no idea what the purpose of this store is.

Customer service was perfect, they understood what I was looking for and pointed me right at it. The quality looked superb and what I brought home checks out ✔️. High quality and good prices. First visit but I highly recommend you go check it out. Much better than the chain smoke shops in town. 10/10, I'll be back!

I’ve been up here a few times now and have consistently been pleased with this place. It has a great all around atmosphere and the guy and his wife running it both have above average customer service. I hope this place and their way of doing things sticks around. It’s good for our city.

This will be a regular stop for me going forward. Really nice products at a fair price. Tenders were well informed and very helpful! Be forewarned, they are a cash only business. If you are used to buying this kind of product, that should be a no-brainer for you as most stores selling products like this are cash based.
