Trevor was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Was smoking a cigarette when I pulled up so I am assuming that’s why he was annoyed with me, but regardless it was incredibly unprofessional and I just hope he’s not like this with everyone.

They always help guide me toward the right option, whether I’m looking for something to relieve physical pain, ease mental stress, or help with anxiety. The team is consistently helpful, respectful, kind, and truly knows their products. I appreciate the patience and care they show during every visit. Highly recommend!

I truly cannot say enough about this place. The store is simple, clean layout, truly well done, but by far the best part about this location is the people who work there. I have never in my life met someone who was as helpful, kind, and just a true joy to interact with as every person who I have spoken with that works there. I know your instinct is to discount this ad as either a family member, good friend, or even one of the employees themselves but that is not the case at all. This place deserves every bit of the positive review I am leaving today and I have no connection to the store or it’s people at all. And even beyond that they did not even recommend or advertise to leave google reviews for positive experiences. I know that if you go to this store, on 168th and Q you will feel exactly like I do, keep up the great work guys.

The pricing and employees are great but that’s about all you can expect. The only flower they have are the Cannabis Factory brand which is exclusively hybrids. Multiple rounds of recorded personal experiences had the flower here being dry and surprisingly weak compared to experiences at other nearby dispensaries. There is essentially no variety and you can expect your purchases to be exclusively cannabis factory which is disappointing considering the variety of other shops. The few times I have purchased their carts they have constantly been clogged and stop hitting after a few days. *this review was edited after the owners response to more accurately and fairly reflect my experiences*

Great service I will be back. - later that day….. I bought a cart for my vessel compass and it shattered inside as I was twisting it! (I didn’t twist super hard) just weak/cheap glass. Idk. but I’m upset I just blew $40.
