My pup injured his arm and the vet wanted to prescribe Rimadyl. I'm not comfortable giving that drug to him so I opted to try CBD oil. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind and helpful and the product seems to be working really well! I am very pleased with the results! Thank you for all your help!

I had gotten off work and i accidentally bumped into the counter and felt absolutely terrible. However one of the associates, Alexis, let me know it was alright and was so kind! I also let her know a specific product was out of stock and she offered to get it in as soon as possible! Impeccable customer service!! 10/10

This is my favorite dispensary in the Fox Valley area. The prices are on point, they have an excellent selection of Delta 8, Delta 10, THC A, and other products. The staff is always very friendly and their recommendations are helpful. Would highly recommend.

I’ll admit, I’m pretty new to all this stuff, and this was the first dispensary I visited by myself. My first visit was a great experience - there was a girl working who was very friendly and informative, she answered all my questions thoroughly and without judgement and recommended me a product based on my needs. I signed up for the rewards and felt confident that I’d be back. I didn’t see that same employee again after that, but everyone else I talked to in my following visits were pretty dismissive and seemed more occupied with talking amongst themselves than with our transaction, but I didn’t have any particularly bad experiences until tonight. When I came in around 8 pm-ish, there were two employees behind the counter. One was helping two guys at the register, the other was talking to seemingly a distributor or other store associate on the phone. Neither acknowledged me as I walked up to the counter and started looking, save for the one on the phone briefly asking “what do you have questions on.” They seemed kind of annoyed at me being there, and when I asked my question they just very quickly answered and went back to their phone call without assisting me further, only breaking from the call when the girl at the register asked questions (it seemed like she was having some issues with it that she didn’t know how to fix ). At this point, I’d been standing there without being helped for a good 5 minutes, and by then two other customers had walked in. The person on the phone finished their phone call and took over the register to help the two guys, while the girl who was on the register initially came over to where I was standing. She COMPLETELY ignored me, and helped the first guy who came in after me. She quickly gave him the item he asked for, then continued to ignore me and began helping the other guy behind me, who also came in after me. At that point, I was fed up and frustrated, so I just left. I went to THE Dispensary on College Ave, and the service was not only ten times better, but I realized their prices were drastically lower. After doing some digging, it seems like this place is charging sometimes as much as 3x the market standard price that other local dispensaries offer, and with much lower quality (not to mention more questionable) products. I’d recommend shopping literally anywhere else. Buyer beware.
