Made the drive from Morgantown today 3/22/2025 to check out this dispensary being I seen they have a large selection of products on thier website Menu. Unfortunately after getting home and reading the lables on my containers to find out that these products have been setting on the shelfs for months. Some are well over half of their shelf life. Products was extremely dry. Not worth the drive or purchase. CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS DATES BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! CHANCES ARE ITS OLD AND DRY!!! Terps and weight has been lost during storage. ☆☆☆ UPDATE TO REVIEW ☆☆☆ DUE TO THIS REVIEW I HAVE BEEN RED FLAGGED FOR ALL NEXT LEVEL WELLNESS IN THE STATE! WAS DENIED A PURCHASE AT NUTTER FORT LOCATION BUT TOLD IF I CHANGED MY REVIEW I COULD SHOP THERE AGAIN! GUESS I WONT BE BACK! REVIEWERS BEWARE!!!!!! YOU WILL BE BANNED

My favorite dispensary. The ladies are always on top of their game and they always have such positive attitudes. They have a good variety menu to choose from.

I absolutely love Next Level. The environment is welcoming, clean, and comfortable every time I visit. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to help me find what works best for my needs. They’re kind, patient, and truly care about helping people feel better. Plus, it’s so convenient! Highly recommend.

Owner tried to bully me into dealing with him after I was disappointed with a previous purchase. Extremely pushy and unprofessional. 100% would not recommend and if the owner is there beware he can turn on a dime and is a real tyrant.

Be careful. The owners are pathetic, rude, and absolutely do not care about their patients. Staff member Ashley was very disrespectful and I’ve seen her vaping in the store multiple times on the job..

Love them! The two places I'm at the most have a store nearby, in Cburg and Weston. Both locations are super convenient for me. Always good sale prices and I love the staff. My girlies remember my particular order upon seeing me walk in. I frequent Next Level Wellness often!!!

This place is ridiculous. I was told they were selling product they knew was tampered with and not doing anything about it but saying to call the actual supplier!? How you going to sell something like that and not fix it when brought to your attention? Then not let them buy from you because they made a 1star google review!? What do you expect? Be better

Got 2 different kinds. Grams. Both had no seal. Both were dry. BOTH DIDNT WEIGH. I called, spoke to Erin at Weston NLW, and she informed me to call AltSol, that I wasn't the first to say that. And so I asked for Altsol's info to call and she told me to GOOGLE IT! R U KIDDING ME! HOW you gonna sell something and know nothing about the supplier? And then JUST CONTINUE TO SELL THE SAID PRODUCT...I WILL BE TAKING THIS HIGHER! ***Update. Nothing was done of course. But a few days ago on 12/27, I was in the area and did a quick online order..went to pick it up. And was told I was RED FLAGGED. Confused, as I was not informed in any way, turns out...it was BECAUSE OF THIS GOOGLE REVIEW! I was floored and pissed...and the lady was verrryyyy smug about it..saying "Nothing will be done, and I couldn't purchase thru them until IT WAS TAKEN DOWN!" WHATT are you doing NLW? So you don't have to fix the situation or make it right it any way!?? You just "Red Flag" your customers for their feedback? How are you being penalized for ripping people off?

Buyer Beware- there are many dispensaries in the State. I would avoid this place all together. Read CASEY MORGAN'S review. EXACT SAME SITUATION...on 3 separate visits. I've purchased ALT SOL from other dispensaries and have NEVER had this issue. After yesterday, and how she treated me about it, like I was being a problem because I wouldn't just accept the fact its been tampered with and also "light" compared to what its supposed to be. If you work for money, don't gamble it with this place.

Place needs shut down. Selling product that was opened and half gone and have no intentions on fixing it! And just continuing to sell it to people? If you waste your money here, make sure you check your product first. Especially Altsol! BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!
