I NEVER write reviews but this situation had me so LIVID I just had too.Drove an hour out of my way to pick up my order just for the store manager to tell me they don’t have anything for me.. call customer service while I’m in store just for them to confirm that yes I did indeed have an order to be picked up but for some reason was not there. Manager tried to give me a bag of protein I ordered with a damn hole in it. When I refused they proceeded to issue me a refund which would take 2-5 days instead of just shipping some more product to be picked up! Now I got to wait for a refund just to purchase again. I WILL NOT be ordering from then again!

I gave a 5 star because Amari is Super friendly, educated and helpful in her line of work. She will research products and ingredients to help you choose what is needed. Go see her!!! Always have what you need in stock. Online orders are fulfilled very quickly (within an hour). Place is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. If you're not in a rush, I recommend shopping online because they will have sales and discounts for items when that same item isnt on sale in the store.

Locks door at 755pm to close early. Poor service! I would not recommend. Both employees in the picture ignored multiple guest.
