Definitely the WORST dispensary in San Jose. I bought a 20$ raw garden battery. It didn’t work, wouldn’t charge. They wouldn’t exchange it for a new one when I went back not even 10 minutes later. Awesome customer service guys. Keep it up

Don’t get me wrong this is probably one of the best clubs in San Jose but when it comes to product placement there horrible that it. They always seem to get one good brand but once it’s out, it never comes back and that kind of sucks Or it always takes a while for them to bring the product back once it’s gone. I also noticed two once they are out of stuff they are out and they will be completely on the shelves I just wish they could bring back the good products again and be more Consistent when the product runs out

The best selection and best quality at ANY price. No first time patient promotion. Awesome hours and online ordering allows you to skip the walk in wait if you plan ahead and know already what you want. More places should take a lesson from this business. Oh... TAXES ARE INCLUDED TOO!

First time buyer, and no discount. But that’s not the crazy part, it’s weird how there disposables are filled with bubbles or air who knows, because they are empty. Definitely wasn’t happy with the product, especially that fact that you pay for something apparently good, but it’s not. I wouldn’t recommend the place, unless you want to buy things half way empty or not even filled properly. *heads up no exchange or returns
