Really good prices and really friendly and helpful staff.

Bought a puffco peak pro from here $430 out the door. Next day it stopped working. Took it back up there you know thinking for almost $500 they would exchange it or help me out. Nope was told I needed to buy a new chamber, guy gave me a discount so I ended up paying another $25. Next day, stopped working again. Contacted puffco company they only have customer service that texts you and it took two days to get a response from them saying we needed to send them a video of the problem. Called this store talked to MO, and was told there was nothing he could do we needed to contact the company. Ended up going up to the store, the employee called MO again and he said he could not return or exchange it. So ended up buying a different piece again which fixed the issue so far for $80. Unhappy with the customer service here and at puffco.

I patronized this smoke shop, exclusively, for 2 or 3 years. Everything was good. HOWEVER, recently, he charges different prices for pipe screens, every time I go in. I bought a new pipe and grinder there, a few weeks ago, and even though the grinder broke after a week, the best he wanted to do was 25% off a new one. He acted like a $15 grinder would have broken him. I now go to American Tobacco, in Flat Rock. They have cheaper prices, too.

I used to be a long time customer of this place. But since I bought vape juice by the name of CANDY KING. Of course I used it and didn’t bother to check the expired date. The date was 02/08/23. I really didn’t think they sold expired stuff. Anyways I used about 75% and I was in the middle of cleaning my semi truck and my bottle fell on the ground. So I picked it up and wipe it clean. After cleaning it off I saw the expiration date. I was shocked to see that. I called up and explained everything and told him I got it last week. He remembered me and said “yea that’s no problem, we will exchange it out for you”. So after I got back in town I went in and talked to “Blaze” and he said that because I used 75 - 80% of it he could only give me 20% off. I come in there often with my daughter. He tried calling the owner and didn’t answer. But I told him even if I did what were they going to do with it. You can’t sell it, and it has to be thrown away. Atleast that what’s a tons of websites say. So they can’t return it and get credit for it. I’ve desided against the 20% and. Let’s just hope nothing bad happens health wise to me because of the expired vape juice. I thought this place was awesome and come all the way from Monroe to get my vape needs. Anyways I will be no longer coming here and will just go to Wild Bills Tabacco.
