Tried to make a quick stop into the shop to see how it was. Peach helped me out. It was absolutely amazing my experience. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products. I will not go anywhere else. This place is highly recommended.

I had a defective vape replaced and with great customer service. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good selection.

Prices are 15-20% higher than competition in 1 mile radius. 1 star for the amazing incense sticks they sell. 1 more for the collection of vapes and smoke items. That's it. Nothing else is great about this place. Staff is untrained and not friendly. I walked in during the closing hour. Got an important call that only took 30-60 secs to complete. Staff was pissed that I held them back longer. They demanded that I should make the pruchase or leave the store immediately. So I left the store and waited outside. The OPEN light was still on for another 15 mins. 5 mins later I even saw another customer walk in and make a purchase. What nonsense is this? If you don't want customers to come keep a closed sign outside.

Update 8/20/24: Later that same evening. I went back to confront the manager about my findings and how off the entire transaction was handled. The older middle eastern man with a beard said that the cartridge was not $20 online. I then asked him to show me the same product w the price tag. He stuttered and made excuses about how many customers there were in the store. There were only three and they were handled first before me. So what’s his excuse now? He then regretfully showed me the same product w a price tag and it was $34. Ten dollars less then the product I purchased. Had I not come back he would have pocketed that money. Smh,SCAMMER. He gave me my $10. However, This is about the PRINCIPLE of how to do business and not how to rob customers just because you think you’re slick. Now trying to swindle me off of ten dollars cost you a negative review. Smart business guy. BUYER BEWARE 8/20/24 am Update: the manager might have swindled me, he wouldn’t not swap a big chief cartridge that was defective and gave me a cartridge that was 20$ less without giving me the difference. I found this out afterwards after researching it online bc something didn’t feel right. They just lost a customer. BUYER BEWARE.
