Went in to purchase a Fume from this smoke shop because it was open late on a sunday. My usual smoke shop is University Vape. I usually purchase 2 whole boxes (10) of double apple at a time. But i just needed something to hold me over. I went in and requested a double apple infinity fume. While the man behind the counter is grabbing, i notice a sign that says 2 for $40. I said “Ok, ill take 2”. He tried to then sell me on a buy 4 get one free deal. I declined his offer. Came out to $42 and change with taxes. He proceeds to unbox, break the seal and unwrap my vapes. He held them by the wrapper with the top end poking out so i could grab. I found this very odd but i thought, oh maybe he wants me to test it to make sure its working. So i tried and it didnt taste like my usual at all. He unwraps the 2nd as well and hands it to me, Without the box or wrapper🤔 i couldnt help but question if there was something being hidden. I walked out. Went out front, puffed from both of them a few times to get a true taste. They both tasted bad. Sure, a slight taste of apple but more of a tobacco taste. I decide to walk back in and ask to see the box. I looked it over, scratched the little code sticker but had nothing to reference it to. I asked if they were old. He reassured me they are real and are not old. After coming home and pulling one of my old boxes out of the trash, it was easy to see. Case solved. FAKE FUMES. What bothers me the most is i had a feeling almost immediately when he unwrapped for it for me but i gave this store the benefit of the doubt. Shoulda listened to my gut. First time there, and Wont be returning. I do NOT recommend going here unless its to buy something people are not making knock offs of.
