Sadly this place gets zero stars. They say they are open until 9 p.m however the actual time is 8:45 p.m. No other dispensary in Ohio does that, they actually care about their customers & want to help their patients. Not this place, they lock the doors early each night. I got there once well before 8:45 & they still wouldn't serve me. If you want terrible customer service and to waste your money go here. Otherwise try a dispensary that doesn't try to scam their customers. Some good ones are nar, botanist (less than 7 minute drive from them with great customer service), bloom, saphyre, verdant. Seriously anywhere but here.

I’ve been in contact with three different people about this issue and I feel like I’m being blown off. I’m an occasional shopper there and they have a known issue with their card reader. I’ve been assured numerous times if it doesn’t go through because of the connection my card won’t be charged. Well that wasn’t true. Money has been deducted from my card as many as 5 times in one visit. I make one purchase when I go. I didn’t notice until I got my bank statement and need help getting this rectified. If someone could get back with me it would be appreciated. I had to come update my reviews. After a few weeks of investigation the mangers at this location and someone from corporate made sure I was refunded every dollar I was over charged. I had 0 complaints about this dispensary before and I can’t say a bad thing about them now. Shop here for great product and even better customer service. Just use cash lol

I have been here many times and the staff is very helpful and friendly. However today I placed an order online for one price, then when I went in I was charged a different, higher price. I was told this was because the special ended. Mind you, same day. I said I wish I would have known that, I would have paid online to avoid losing the deal. I was then told this would not have mattered, I needed to pick up by a certain time. My email confirmation for what I ordered did not mention that I needed to pick up by a certain hour. I'm sure there is something on the website somewhere but this is not very clear and I feel this is misleading to have an order placed for one price and to have the rug pulled out. I still completed my order because I am going camping and did not have time to go anywhere else. Regardless there are so many dispensaries out there competing for the business that I do not anticipate going here anymore.

Johnny was extremely helpful and helped me find exactly what I wanted, he had lots of knowledge on the product! Everyone had great energy and smiles. Will for sure be back again!
