What a joke! Staff are just jerks! They put out a discount that really didnt exist and would not honor their own misinformation. Just a way to get you in. Being in KOP, simply enough I'll go to their competitors and repeat my story and experience to as many people as possible. Dont waste your time!

I was a first time customer. Walked in. Gave them my Id's. Waited maybe 5 minutes. AND BOOM! They called my name and I was in the back making my decisions on what tasty products they had on the menu.. Also got 50% off being a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER! They were chill, efficient, fast, and Courteous. Highly recommend making this place your haven away from home.

I am a frequent customer to multiple Trulieve locations. A few weeks ago I ordered online from this location and when I showed up my wasn’t ready, which wasn’t a big deal, but the lack of basic communication skills from the tender was very irritating. After about 10 mins of pretty much being ignored while the group of employees talked back and forth until my order was ready. Then he tried to charge me full price had to argue with him to get the proper discounts I was eligible for. This was probably the worst dispensary experience I’ve had so far. The product was on point and fresh so I give the overall review a 3.

I had a problem with my money at first and Missy didn't make me feel bad at all, she was very kind. Everyone else was nice too and the prices were great especially since there was a sale going on.
