Camm G at the counter was absolutely immaculate, his knowledge and passion were infectious and his enthusiasm was undying. I asked about a direction to go for a budget disposable and he informed me of a discount rack that was exactly what I was looking for. charles was the epitome of what I want when I enter a dispensary, he was kind and conversational, got me a wonderful product that fit all of my criteria and even got me in $15 under budget. there was also a girl who was some managerial position that I didn’t happen to catch the name of who was extremely helpful and personable and kept a steady stream of smiles and laughs throughout the employees as well as the customers. all in all this dispensary was an absolute pleasure, it’s a bit out of the way from my house compared to other options but the environment definitely made the extra driving well worth it.

He has this playful, welcoming energy that instantly makes you feel comfortable — even if there’s a bit of a wait, he makes the whole experience fun and easygoing. His knowledge of strains is incredible, and he always helps me pick the perfect one without ever making it feel rushed or complicated. Hayden genuinely cares about customers, and it shows in the way he explains everything, cracks a joke or two, and makes every transaction smooth and enjoyable. Going to Trulieve with him behind the counter is always a highlight of my day!

Very impressed with this entire outfit. They had everything in stock, plus a decent selection and sales, even open until early evening on Xmas eve. We received great service, and seemingly everyone else was well taken care of.

I always come in and get my weekly pick up. But today was a little different I went in to get a pre order pretty simple but when I started talking to Cameron he was really knowledgeable about all of the products. I had a question about concentrates because I never tried and he took the time out to find a product that I would enjoy and told me the best way to use the product. Normally I don't leave reviews but I had a wonderful experience and I will keep shopping at this location .

Everytime I come there I always get greeted pleasantly and always get a good deal on high quality medicine. Hayden is my favorite person. He's very nice and pleasant. He made me laugh and made me very comfortable. I LOVE U HAYDEN!

They have inexpensive flower that's decent the staff has a combined IQ of about 50....pirate and Charles are the only 2 there that knows anything. The larger girl that works the front desk has zero personality or customer service skills. Told me she couldn't find my order and really could have cared less. Terrible customer service despite shopping here since it's inception. Get what you pay for though....

The front desk lady didnt see my name. She asked me multiple times if I had been here before in which i replied “yes” but she kept asking me. Not sure what I’d gain from lying? But moving on… She said she didnt see my name I gave her another name it could be under and she said “we dont take preferred names here” in which i replied “its through the dutchie system” but she kept saying “no its not, its not connected like that”… even though the receipt says dutchie on it too. Just confused as to why employees are not knowledgeable on their own system yet still want to argue with customers about it.

This store front used to be good as Harvest, but since the change over to Trulieve, customer service lacks. They need to be a little professional. I'm done going there for awhile.

Nicole at the front desk and Charles my tech were enough to make me return despite this location being quite far from my side of things! They are also the only distributer of ALL of the Khalifa Kush grown in Maryland so again would got out of my way to return!
