I basically erased my first review, but this is too kind of point out what you mentioned could help improve service so for starters and the quality of the cannabis I mean, that’s everything that alone kinda like because the cannabis that I purchased from your dispensary is nothing compared to the I believe it’s called story the story or something like that but That’s the one I usually go to and I decided that day well you know maybe let’s just try this one instant regret instant regret I promise the cannabis iris I purchased from there is just like trash with the T. i’m sorry to say, but I mean, I am being honest the customer service though was just normal. They were friendly yeah they weren’t bad people. They didn’t like have attitude or anything so I have nothing bad to say about that but the cannabis, which is the reason I went there. I wish I can get my money back, but that’s not gonna happen.

I just to a Lyft here and am back at home now. I bought two pre rolls and come to see that one container was empty! My wife has called and spoke to the manager and the manager is now looking at the camera footage to see if the clerk shook the tube while cashing me out. Would that even matter? What if the cashier was the one responsible for this misunfortunate occurrence? And I just got paid so I'm not trying to trying the çjpjj

I came in today and had such amazing visit. Amy was so welcoming. Her hospitality and friendly professionalism, made me feel comfortable and excited to shop. Serena was great. Her upscale, recommendations and friendliness, will make me come back for sure. The combo of that team was so well picked.

I normally love this dispo but today was a 5th anniversary I went in this morning pre-ordered a preroll and received a beanie with purchase along with a edible for the anniversary.
When I referred someone else by the time they got there the staff on duty had no idea about the anniversary promotion or the roll one beanies.
It was quite frustrating to have staff lie and say the edibles were out as I was starring at the exact edible I was given still in the crate.... I did not want to argue or cause a scene so we got our preroll and left.
I am highly disappointed in the staff today.

Adding info cause I can’t stop thinking about the rude and unprofessional encounter on (or around) 5/22/24. The woman who attended me said “Why are you still talking?” She said it almost like taking to herself but I could clearly hear her. She was in front of me but didn’t make eye contact when she said it. I couldn’t really process that it was rude at the moment because I was super tired but it felt very uncomfortable. To top things off she handed me AN EMPTY BAG with a separate receipt. She had my products there next to her. I only noticed it in the car. I went back in and the staff rectified that. I understand that people make mistakes when tired. I mean I walked out of the store with an empty bag at first because I got distracted by the whole ordeal they had to go through to verify my credits (which were meant to makeup for a less than stellar situation at another location that was further away from me). What’s not acceptable is having entitled bud-tenders that think it’s okay to speak to people however they wish like they’re not even in front of them. That was ridiculous and I couldn’t even believe she said that at first. I didn’t wanna continue any association with this brand after that and wanted to just drop it but I’m glad I can get this off my chest now.

Polo and Lee-Anne helped me today with and issue I had with a turn pod and battery. They are problem solvers and quick to put the customers 1st! Disappointed. One of my favorite dispensaries to go to, but I no longer feel comfortable going. I placed an order online and when I went in today, the vibe in the store was already off and there was a long wait with no people inside. The man who tried to check me out, had a different price than what my online order had. I showed it to him and he refused to understand what I was trying to show him. He accused me of raising my voice which I didn’t. Another employee then came over and also treated me poorly. Neither of them wanted to admit that the issue was on the company and not my problem. I ended up leaving without buying anything because I’d rather take my business somewhere else. I don’t like being told that something cost something and then that price changes when I arrive to pickup.
