I've been visiting this location and the others here in Baytown for some time now and up until recently Vape City has been ok for what they are(the Walmart of smoke shops), I almost exclusively shop for the mellow monkey concentrates. The last few visits we've noticed that some of our mellow monkeys are less than the two grams advertised didn't think anything of it until they kept happening repeatedly, so we decided to open them in front of the employee after purchasing to show them and as expected one was filled to the rim and the other damn near empty, the employee(Macy)literally said "well, You're buying a cheap product and there was nothing they could do!" Um, that's the only concentrate product you sell and you could of exchanged it for a full one. But no, of course not. I work hard for my money and to have a company like this, to act in such a manner towards it's paying customers is disgusting.

The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Their hours are good, and the availability of the products are on point as well. Parking is limited, but I won't hold it against the shop. Overall, it was a good experience.
