The owner truly takes pride in his business and treats his customers as though they were family. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable- and if they do not know, they will find out for you. Top notch customer service, they will go above and beyond to make sure u have what u need. Truly never been to a vape shop that had such amazing and personalized customer service. I refuse to shop anywhere else now.

I have been coming to vape savvy Redmond and the one in Kirkland for several years . I just left and had a great visit with Trent. Always lets me know about specials and ways to save money. Customer service is extremely hard to get nowadays. Trent is the exception. Thanks for the great service

New to the area, finding parking was a challenge but once inside, I was greeted by a gentleman who was more than willing to help me. He even identified the exact replacement coil that I needed just by looking at my device from a distance. I purchased the replacement coils and on his recommendation, two 100ML bottles of delicious vanilla custard ejuice. I'm now a satisfied customer due to the excellent taste of the new ejuice, the successful installation of the replacement coils, and the exceptional customer service I received. I will make this my go-to shop for all future purchases. Prior to coming here I visited a different vape shop first, but their service was disappointing. The staff member I encountered was uninterested in assisting me in finding a replacement coil for my device. They were definitely not on "TOP" of their game.
