unbeatable Prices & even better service! Best in business by far!

Really nice guy customer service great but I got handed an elf bar with no box and I didn’t think of it and I got to my car. I noticed it has scratches on it so I’m wondering if somebody returned it and then it was fixed and just re-sold me. Can’t say for sure, but personally, I’d rather take it out of the box myself.

I would give this place 5 stars but I had an issues last night that would not allow me to do so. I have never had a problem here with customer service or the quality of product until last night. I went and bought some coils and juice and the man seemed so uninterested and wasn’t listening to anything I said. I purchased all of my stuff and when I got home he gave me the wrong coils. Once he got the right ones he tried to have me pay again. I just wanted an exchange that was all. He had a major attitude and told me that the only way I could get anything back from them is if they were defective but because they were the wrong size I had to pay. After all that I asked was there anything he or someone could do because I did not want to pay 2 times for something that was simply a fair exchange. After this he angrily gave me the coils saying here and I then left. This was the first time I’ve experienced rude customer service at this establishment and being honest it is kind of off putting. I love the convenience the quality of the products but I will not be going back anytime he is there!

Devin was super fresh, very personable, and eqipped to aolve my problem,which is very rare in vape shops today, they also carry a warranty on disposables that's worth checking them out!!
