They don't have a good glass selection and I have yet to purchase a good nail unless it's a tsunami nail but for some reason they refuse to order in stock regularly and the staff can be frustrating when trying to close a sale I walked out of a sale over replacing a bowl with a nail for a glass piece

Representative sold me a product assured me it was good quality and would not break. I made it home took the item out of the bag and sat it on the floor my 2 mo kitten sniffed it and knocked it over... it broken into pieces. I wasn’t home with it 20 minutes and the “high quality” item he sold me was done for. I called and explained to him what happened he was rude to me stating it was a cheap piece after he assured it was good quality. He went as far as hanging up in my face. When I called back and asked why did you hang up on me I haven’t been rude to you I’m just asking what can you help me with he responded I’m having a bad day but I will not do anything for you. If I could provide zero stars I would.

This is the best shop around. They have plenty of products, plenty of options and they are very compatible with prices. The owner always helps me with any questions or issues i might have.

The owner sold.me.a 20 dollar grinder along arriving home I used it once the bottom.fell put I barley go into the neighborhood so the next time I was I had for got it to return it the owner then stated buddy don't worry u can bring it back I'll be happy to exchange it as long as it's my product finally I made my way back.with the grinder to exchange it and the owner rudely told me it was from 8 months ago that he can no longer exchange it when it's still in perfect condition other then the damage that occurred from the first use if your gonna buy any products such as u should definitely not go.to this store go to sumoke who appreciates their customers and money they are very rude and disrespectful at this location
