I love this specific store and the people here, man, I live about 30 minutes away but keep coming here specifically when I need to restock on vapes because of their knowledge, patience, and variety. They're all amazing workers, and always take the time to help people make sure they get what they're looking for. I'm the most indecisive person and they're always more than willing to help me pick something nice out. If you're complaining about being ID'd "unnecessarily" like I see so many are, blame the state government, not our local workers.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Guided me thoroughly through every question I asked. I will be back.

Updated 3/3/2024: I have been going to this shop since it opened years ago. As you can see from my previous review, this is my favorite vape shop in town, and I’m happy to say that this remains true. Christian, Matthew (aka Gabriel), Stephen, David and their newest staff members Andrew and Alexis, they are all outstanding human beings. Every single shopping experience goes as good as this last, and these guys are genuinely like family to me at this point. They do care about their customers, and they’re very knowledgeable. I am in the process of quitting vape, however, I will continue to come here for my CBD and delta products, and for the vape needed to ween myself off until I quit. I will continue to recommend this location, and I love these guys. I’ll be going here for as long as they’re around and I’m around too! PSA To all the other customers: If you complain about rules/regulations, these guys aren’t the ones who made or enforce them. These guys have to follow those rules so that they can continue to provide us with vapor products. If you can’t handle bringing an ID with you when you come into the store, and following the regulations that are required by law, then you shouldn’t be vaping or smoking in the first place. Original Review 2022: Christian and Gabriel, you are gentlemen and scholars. I arrived approximately ten minutes before closing after being out of vape juice for a week (was running on basically old juice that I hated til they were gone) and they were friendly and helpful. Christian helped me find three new juices to try, but Gabriel also offered great feedback that was the deciding factor me to make the right choice on finally trying Shamrock Cookie by Sadboy. All three juice recommendations are on point, I love them and am beyond satisfied, and they’re easily ADVs for me, which having a staff that can make recommendations based on listening to their customers is a big deal. Especially when buying something you can’t just bring back. I haven’t met the whole staff, but I know for a fact Christian and Gabriel showed me they are knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about me as a customer. Even though I made sure to go as quickly as possible out of decency to how late I got there, they were friendly and respectful the entire time. Thanks for making this experience perfect, guys. Stopped by on a whim needing a vape while on the road, and can't recommend enough! David was very friendly and helpful! Even with my indecisiveness, still received top service and got exactly what I needed!

Bought a tank in there. It didn't work, had it a week. They wouldn't take it back or give me a new tank, tried to talk to the man in there. Well, I use that word loosely because he got all whining on me and started record me because he couldn't handle me and talk to you like a man so. I will never buy anything in there again. And if I were you, I wouldn't buy anything in there.
