Getting customer service was like pulling teeth... I felt like I had to walk the clerk through the process of how to make a sale. They get 2 stars because once I got him talking, he was helpful, but it took a lot of effort on my part to get to that point. On a related note, they want way too much money for their Kanthal wire. Will not be returning.

I love this place to death! They have great prices and great service. I often know exactly what I'm going to buy when I walk in, but if I'm curious about another product the staff there is very quick to provide solid accurate information about the product in question.

I am from out of town, and looked up a vape-shop near wear I am staying. The customer service was excellent. This is definitely where I will go next time I am here. Thank you for the excellent service and your selection is outstanding!
