I loved this place until the two guys who worked there left, and someone named Mary started. Whereas the two guys were great to work with and always helpful, this girl was nothing like that. Discounts for big purchases and repeat customers? Not anymore. I had to listen to Mary arguing with a repeat customer over a small discount on a $100+ order. Friendly service with a smile? Nope, not happening. Need your receipt? They used to hand it to you when you paid. Now you have to ask the girl for one, and she makes sure you know it's a big deal to print it out. Strange. It's like the store is the same, but the management team got replaced. It's annoying at best, but I guess it's time to find a vape shop that still appreciates their customers.
