This was my first time coming into this store when I went in I bought 1 raz vape and two five packs of wraps . I was not told to try it out when I was in the store so when I came home I may have got like 5 hits off of the vape then it completely stopped working. When I called the store and explained the situation the response I got was laughter and told I done something to the vape. I would have been more appreciative if he would at least try to solve the issue instead of being so rude and disrespectful about it.
