Seriously this store is absolutely terrible. The staff actually seem to think they are doing you a great favor serving you your order. It's a dingy little store without any sort of system managing it. I've gone twice After receiving a order ready message. They didn't have it. They said they should have had four of the item I ordered. Didn't have one? Definitely in one of their pockets or handbags. Who's running inventory? The (potburgler)???!!!?

Amazing customer service from the minute I walked in the doors. As a new customer, I was very impressed with the knowledge of the employees. I had a wonderful experience learning about the Tikun line. My bud tenders picked out great products that fit exactly what I needed. Trey, I think was his name, even wrote on the products when to use what, because I'm still new to the whole MMJ journey. The store was clean and organized. I really like the binders showing the products, there effects, etc. It helped me narrow everything down. I feel like the bud tenders were compassionate and understood me. As someone who suffers daily with chronic pain, being listened to and understood means so much. Thank you to the team for going as far as to look up the ingredients in the topical, l to make sure that I don't react poorly to it. Extra attention to my needs and the love I was shown today was exactly what I needed. I can't wait to try everything out and get relief!

After 5 years in the program I can say I haven't had a bad experience here. Products are always solid and at the best price and if something is disatisfactory for whatever reason, the customer service is top notch. Jenn and the rest of the staff are always beyond helpful. Also, this location has the most black staff out of any other dispo in town, which I love. I literally drive out of my way to shop here. I'm closer to the Roosevelt location but the vibe at Sunbeam is unmatched and I'm a people person who values every interaction no matter how small or trivial. Must try: Spritzer flower. The most dialed in and consistent strain in the Florida market in my opinion. If you're hesitant to give this place a try, don't be.

2nd visit to Vidacann today & I could tell you forsure it was 1000% better than my first. The energy in the room was perfect, The team was VERY helpful n knew what they were talking about. Andy, Jen and Tray were the ones who took care of me today and If you got one of em then that means you're in good hands. Based on other people's reviews I feel like everyone needs to take a chill pill before coming in (And if you need that they got you covered) Lastly, please enjoy the AFFORDABLE LEGAL BUD! No need to make peoples jobs harder.

Very unprofessional staff. Limited product's. This particular location specifically specializes in sarcastic, stoned employees. I'll never frequent this dispensary again. Employees bragging about being so "blazed". That's what I want incompetent bud tenders...lol. Dirty little hole in the wall. No displays. Few varieties of anything. You'll leave feeling dirty.
