Ordered several items from this company who seemed to have shipped the items quickly. Unfortunately my package has been lost in the mail for quite some time and I have not been able to get any information from USPS. I have contacted WF Med via email several days ago and FB message recently and to have not received any response. Very disappointing as I was happy to have a reasonable company to order from, but will not do business again with this company- such poor customer service.

The Helichrysum Italcum oil I received from this company smells like geranium oil and is very runny. The first one I bought from them was thick and had a unique earthy smell as it should. This premium oil is very expensive so I contacted customer service and was ignored, which proves that the oil is a fake. Most of the products I purchased from them were decent for the price, but for premium essential oils you should buy from a reputable essential oil company. So I basically bought some very expensive geranium oil...lesson learned. I personally will not purchase from WFMED again because I don't trust their suppliers now. Beware.

I placed an order that totaled $462. I got 7, 32oz bottles and 1, 8oz bottle. They shorted me by 25 oz. That’s a lot. With prices so high on essential oils, I feel their tactics are unethical. Every single bottle (8) I ordered was short of what it should have been. I hope someone contacts me to make this right. I would not recommend buying from this company if they are going to do business like this. First impressions are so important in business and my first impression is extremely bad!! I no longer trust that when I order from you, that I will get what I ordered. It’s very unfortunate! I sent them an email and left a message on their voice mail and no one will call me back or make this right. They are basically saying there is no way this happened, but I weighed everything and they shorted me by 25 ounces and will not take responsibility. Save yourself the hassle and buy from someone else. This company treats you like you are an inconvenience to them. I will never order here again. Lesson learned. They steal from you!

Received my first shipment and it had a leak on the container. I contacted them & provided photos showing the package, they were so very helpful and very nice. They shipped out a replacement right away. Thank you

Ordered from Ebay; I paid for 2 eucalyptus oils but only received one. I've been asking for a refund but WFMED is not responding. WFMED also wasn't truthful as to when the product was sent out. I was very happy with the product. This was my 3rd time ordering from them, but not any more which is a shame because I really did like their product and would have continued to order from them.
