Great staff, always very polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable on all products. Always able to answer any questions that I have, On any of their products or any issues that I’m having. The displays are always neat and clean. I saw the negative comment that happened earlier today. I absolutely don’t believe it. I think them being anonymous that it could’ve been absolutely anybody making that comment just to make people look bad who are running the store. I’ve never had any problems with any of the employees in this store.

5 stars for sure. Joe is amazing, every time I have to go in, I ask a million questions, he is always patient, listens and is so knowledgeable and informative, which helps me make the right choices in the products that I need to purchase for my health. Even though this store is closed on Sunday and I could drive to other stores, I wait till Monday to go to Horn Lake because of the exceptional service provided. It is so refreshing to know that every time I go in there, I’m treated exactly the same and I don’t feel like a bother asking a million questions!! Absolutely love Joe and the Horn Lake dispensary.

I just left this dispensary, haven’t even made it home to try the products yet but as a bit of a noob when it comes to modern medical cannabis, I really appreciated Joe’s advice, recommendations, excellent customer service, and overall willingness to explain things to someone who is obviously not as familiar. And “explaining” isn’t really even the right word, honestly. It was more like sharing any knowledge that he thought could be helpful to me. I’ve been to a few dispensaries now and usually I’m the one asking all the questions. What’s the difference between X and Y, will this help with that, what are your recommendations for someone like me, etc. I did ask some questions here too, of course, but Joe asked me a lot more questions than any other dispensary has so far, and had recommendations for every answer I gave. Super helpful, would definitely recommend for any noobs like me who are unsure about what they want/need. I’ll definitely be back!

The guys here are so nice and very informative. I always go with what they suggest and they have never stirred me wrong!! Jo cool is the best!!!!

They honestly do a very good job of trying to make sure that you get what you need especially when your struggling in anyway they try and be sure your taken care of.

The absolute best dispensary in Desoto County! A knowledgeable and friendly staff! Always eager to help, ready to let you know about the latest products and what those products are best for. And on top of all of it they understand that you can't always spend whatever whenever and in those harder times they will make sure that you are taken care of. To me, I personally feel like family when I come in and that is so very important and special to me!
