Great customer service!! I bought a few items from there and had an issue with one. I went in to refill it and needed a replacement. There was a slight issue with replacing the item even though it was the manager who agreed the equipment was faulty. It would be helpful to know more about the policy of replacing an item upon purchase. I had no idea I needed the original packaging. I assumed just having purchased the item within a 24 time would allow a replacement in this instance. Otherwise all the reps were amazing and I'm very thankful for you being in my neighborhood!!! Thanks again

Always greeted by friendly staff. If they are out of something, they will call another location and make sure they have it. Great variety of items. Also has a points system for in adore credit.

I love this shop everytime I come there’s something new for me to check out! They got an awesome selection of water pipes and vapes! They team members always steer me towards a product that will fit towards specific needs, ended up leaving with the Linvo mystery forest vape and It’s great !

Literally just left right now, always go to smoke shops for a specific item. Average price everywhere is 20 dollars. Guy tells me he sells them for 27, so I tell him he is out his mind. Tells me he price matches. So I tell him I get them at some places for 16 (which I do), he rang one up and said there 24 dollars. the guy got offended and practically told me to leave, been here before I know they never sold them this high that’s why I came back to this place (don’t live in El Paso) but this guy is a pos for not handling the situation and trying to make a sell and honor his price matching word. Don’t know if guy is having a bad day but I left and won’t be returning to this place no more
