I recently had a terrible experience at this store. I purchased two small glass bowls for my bong, and when I got home, I noticed one of them was cracked all around the edges. When I called the store to see if there was any way to exchange them, the clerk lied and said that it was already cracked when she sold me them. This is unacceptable behavior in customer service; no one should be lied to about something they are purchasing from a business establishment. Moreover, while the shop itself looked clean and organized - making it easy for customers like myself to find what we need quickly - this incident has left me with an unfavorable impression of this particular store's commitment towards honest dealings with their customers. It is unfortunate that someone would lie about something as simple as selling damaged goods; such dishonesty does not lead anywhere good in terms of customer satisfaction or loyalty towards businesses like these ones . Ultimately, while my visit may have been marred by poor treatment on behalf of one employee , hopefully other shoppers do not encounter similar issues during their visits here . Customers deserve better than being deceived into buying broken products ; thus , honest communication between both parties involved must remain paramount whenever conducting business transactions within establishments such as these ones .

Alexis was awesome taking care of me. She even ordered special to have for me. UPDATE: Ok done with this place. Called a day before to make sure they had a certain house blend. Was told they had just got it. Next day went to get some and bingo, didn't have it. Ask for next stronger mg, they couldn't blend because they didn't have pipets to do it. I'll be avoiding this place for another five years.

Guy that helped me picked out juice lead with asking me if I wanted menthol flavored to which I replied "no" then let me pick out a fruit flavor with menthol. When I already opened it and realized what it was, went back to see if I could exchange it. Was met with all shoulders. Was my last 15 bucks and now I'm stuck with a flavor I don't like. Been coming to all their locations for years, never been met with so much lack of effort
