Had a wonderful transaction with Lexie. Listened to my needs and found me the appropriate products. Also made sure to get me going with rewards! I stop in sometimes but this experience will definitely push this location to the front when it is time to make my next purchase. From a fellow industry employee -this visit exceeded my expectations.

First time in this store, I had ordered online and came in to pick up. Anthony said he couldn't see my order or my account online, then he stood back, crossed his arms and said nothing! I was embarrassed then I asked if he could show me some items, he did, I chose what I wanted. He rang up the order, I told him there was a promo code for $10 off. So he took it off. Was he planning on keeping my $10?? Maybe not, but he was completely uninterested in dealing with me. I'm a bit older, maybe if I was younger and cute he would be more enthusiastic regarding service? I won't be back. These people are the face of your business. Unfortunate because I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed. I had to be the one to suggest her show me product? This store is close to home so I hoped to change locations and shop here, but it's worth the extra couple miles where my other store acts (at least) like they're happy I'm there and even offer extra discounts if they can. Good customer service is what keeps a business going. This employee needs to be educated on what that means.

I do not recommend getting savvy pre rolls from this location. They are garbage they are not smokeable and the same size as a 1/2 gram drip per roll when it's allegedly 1 gram I do not recommend going to Zen Leaf

I've been coming to this location for several years. The bud tenders are always amazing and I've never had any issues. Tonight Tony & Dakota went above and beyond. I appreciate both of them as well as the other tenders I normally deal with

Ethan at Dunlap location was awesome! I've never been to a dispensary before so didn't know what exactly to expect. He was very knowledgeable about products and recommended what he felt would be used best for pain and what the ups or downs would be from use. As my first experience in the store everyone seemed friendly knowledgeable, the place was very clean and professional but also friendly and welcoming as if you've known them for years! Great prices friendly faces I definitely will return and a must place to go if you're looking for a dispensary.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this dispo! Anthony P helped my husband and I last night and not only was he extremely informative, it was a few very close to closing and he didn't rush the transaction at all... he was extremely patient with all questions and showed great professionalism and customer service. The price point here is great as well, with a good selection of products no matter what you are looking for. We will definitely be back. 😀

I came in a couple minutes before close and Jose was a great bud tender. I was greeted and treated well. He had very helpful input on a variety of brands. I was made of aware of all the deals as well. Overall a great experience.

Always the best customer service when I come. Fast and efficient. They're also willing to teach you and I haven't had an issue with them answering my questions or finding out. Great deals and their point system is on point.
