I bought the 1.5 g d8 moonrock pre roll for 30 dollars and it wasn’t good. Not only that but they charged me 3x the Normal price of it. (It’s 8 dollars online for 2.5 gs) it’s basically a scam be careful Response to owner saying he doesn’t sell 1 pre roll 1.5 g for 30: No, u do sell the 1.5 g d8 moonrock pre roll for 30 because I bought it from u for 30 and it’s 8 dollars online. Ur a scam and i won’t be coming back so if u want future customers don’t try to LIE and say u don’t sell them for 30 bc I bought it from u for 30, didn’t buy it from Casper, I bought it from YOUR shop!🙃

Completely incompetent. The woman that works there is an idiot. I called about a product she lied about having it and I drove an hour and a half. Doesn’t speak good English. Over all just a nasty place.

Staff needs better training. I went in looking for some basic gear and the lady at the cash register had no idea what anything in that store was for or any names of the items. She attempted to help by just grabbing random items out of the display cases and showing them to me and saying "This?". When you work in a store like this, you need to at least know what a 'banger' or a 'bowl' is. I finally gave up and decided to just get a can of butane. The can I bought actually had "Buy one get one free" printed on the can itself but she told me that the BOGO didn't pertain to that item, lol. I didn't feel that my questioning was going to do any good so I just gave up and bought the butane because my regular store was out of stock. I'm definitely not planning on going back to this store but at least they had butane. Try Smoke Out Vape on Division, they know what they're doing over there.

Everything is over priced, employees are rude as hell.. they sold me some old product and wouldnt give me my money back because i used card and not cash…
