Terrible experience at MuV dispensary in San Marco. Two weeks ago, I purchased some products that were recommended by a store representative, but unfortunately, they turned out to be subpar. After using two devices, I reached out to the corporate office to explain the situation, and they advised to return the products to the local store as long as they were unopened.

However, when I visited the store, I encountered an unprofessional manager who did not handle the situation well. This experience has left a negative impression on me, and as a result, I have decided to no longer do business with this company. It's important for potential buyers to be cautious, especially when it comes to the quality of Savvy products. I put them right where they belong. Don’t reach out to me I’m done…

I’m not going to contact any department….It’s a shame you lost a customer over a sub par product……After I was told by corporate I could make the return.
