I come here often and everyone is great except the older guy with the white beard was very very rude. Condescending and rushing me the whole time. Guy needs to chill out immediately. Never been treated Ike that here before. Extremely unprofessional and then on top of everything tried to charge me twice for one item until I pointed it out. What the hell.

Staff talks down to you, tries to make you feel stupid and tells you to go to other stores. I asked for a water pipe stem and he said I should just go somewhere else because he didn't know what that was. Ok sorry I didn't want to scream BONG pipe in your store - employee told me go try another store. I will gladly go back to planet K where u are treated like family.

The place itself is fine, but the last couple times I’ve gone, I’ve been approached by the same homeless man, asking me to buy him something. He makes me feel unsafe and very uncomfortable, so I won’t be coming back. Please do something if you want to keep your business running.
