Midland/Odessa area i really think there could be huge potential for happy clouds there!!! There is vape and adult shops but no dedicated “smoke” shops.

the new blonde guy is super rude and impatient, never applies the 15% discount within the hours it’s active, never gives recommendations and is just generally not personable. and he IDed us even though we go in 2+ times a week lmfao used to love this location. felipe and laura >>>

Love this place! Friendly staff, good prices and all the legal goodies your heart desires! I used to go to the Lamar location and was SO thrilled to find one in Round Rock!

Been going here for awhile Happy cloud on McNeil is the only store I go to GREAT PRICES, AWESOME AMAZING EMPLOYEES I definitely recommend Happy Cloud hands down. I UPDATED FROM ORIGINAL POST 5 STARS
