I cannot express enough my gratitude for Joseph and the team at Austin Compounding Pharmacy. The Austin Compounding Team was able to source a rare material for a medication for a family member. He worked hard to not only source the materials, but to find the most economical method for dispensing them too us. He then worked to ensure we have a long lasting supply. This medication has been life changing for our family and we are forever grateful to Joseph and his team.

Rudy and his staff always go out of their way to make me feel like I’m their only customer. Recently, I was going out of the country for 10 days and needed 3 expired refills . A week before my departure i contacted Austin Compounding and they immediately (I mean while I was in the phone) faxed to my Dr office the request. I was told to check back in a couple of days and make sure they had received the refills request. I followed up and they had not received them. Call my Dr office and was told they were sent etc. We went back and forth finally two out of the three refills were approved. A day later AC finally received the third refill approval. Now, I don’t live in Austin and always have my prescriptions delivered. The two prescriptions that had be approved were out for delivery and too late to add my third. This particular scrip was not compounded and could go through a mainstream pharmacy. Rudy call a local retail pharmacy and found out that they had my med in stock. He transferred the prescription to this pharmacy and i picked it up within two hours. I cannot say enough about this amazing staff. Top customer service and very knowledgeable.

These folks care about their work and helping people! I found these guys a month ago. Excellent service. Very helpful. Quality compounding ketamine for my therapy. Rudy and Joseph listen carefully to my questions and concerns, which made all the difference. A complete 180 degree in quality from my local compounding pharmacy (2 hour drive difference). They mailed and delivered ahead of the expected date. I am happy I chose these guys! Made all the difference in my healing. Thank you!

This is the ONLY custom compounding pharmacy, who offers such a diverse and vast selection of natural and pharmaceutical blends! There are very few pharmacies who can and do provide this level of service, professional but still makes the customer feel they are priority! I have yet to have a negative experience with any of the employees and Tom is by far the kindest, experienced and knowledgeable pharmacist I have met! I personally guarantee that they will meet, if not exceed, your expectations! Two thumbs up.
