CHECK IF THE ITEM CHARGES!!! I've been coming to this shop for about 11 months. Bought multiple vapes from them. Yesterday I bought a geek bar pulse and they made me try it in store (Standard). All was good battery at 100 percent. Today when I finish my work day I see the vape was in 28% charge. When I try to charge it it doesnt work. Tried multiple cables and same results. So I came into the store to have them do something about it and the supervisor and clerk told me they cannot exchange. I spent almost $30 on a defective item that nobody checks if it charges or not when buying it. The supervisor call the owner and the guy offered a $10 credit but cannot replace. He is a thief! Selling products that do not work and not having the decency of making things right just to make a $16 profit. I will not buy here again and I recommend those who do to stay away or at least not only check if it works but now check if it charges. Horrible way of doing business.

Hands down the best shop in Ft. Worth! The friendly staff is very well informed, super helpful and always fun to visit. They have a huge selection of my favorite Wildberry incense, great accessories, the store always looks & smells fantastic, and best of all: they’re open late! Great prices, customer loyalty appreciation, and tons of choices.

My fiancée recently visited World of Vape in Fort Worth and purchased a product for $80. Unfortunately, the device broke in half within a day, without any pressure or mishandling. When she went back to the store to return it, she was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff. Instead of offering help or understanding, the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. When she expressed her frustration, the store manager sarcastically told her, "Have a nice day" as she was leaving. It's quite disturbing to see two grown men ganging up on a woman just for trying to return a faulty product. To make matters worse, when I called the store to get the owner's name and contact information, they refused to provide it and instead told me I could come in and talk. After experiencing their attitudes firsthand, it's clear that would be a waste of time. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Customer service is non-existent, and the way they treat their customers is unacceptable. Stay away!
