Guys are ALWAYS friendly and extremely helpful, always give a military discount. I had a defective vape and brought it back 3 days later and they exchanged it at no charge so I don't know what these other people are talking about?? My favorite place in Fort Worth to get e-cigarettes hands down!!!

Been a loyal customer since they opened just last year... and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure I leave satisfied. Every single person who works there is super friendly, eager to help, answer any questions, or just chit chat. It's also nice to have someone (esp a small business) put that building to use after years of being a vacant eyesore.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! My husband and I are here on vacation. We came here to buy an item and the guy was rude and extremely unhelpful. We asked for the price of the item and he banged on the glass as if we were dumb . Once we got back to our hotel we realized the guy sold us the wrong item but because we were being rushed and felt un-welcomed we didn’t come back to get the correct item. It’s 2023 do better!
