Beautiful shop - ugly personalities working and running it. Customer service was terribly rude and when I spoke with the manager he enabled the bad behavior by beginning his response with “Well, ma’am you don’t know any of the employees or what they might be going through today.” I wasn’t expecting him to reprimand her in front of me, that’s inappropriate. I did at least expect that he would apologize and try and make it right by helping me find what I was there for. Instead, he poured behind him and said I could pick up my order there. Only the order pickup wasn’t where he pointed and he had to actually take a minute to show me. Whomever reviews your video feed should be able to look up the event and see the body language from the disengaged manager and the rude employee. Rolling eyes, and not looking at me or even in my direction, - that will tell you everything about what needs improving.
