Nice variety of products. Cleaner and better organized than most smoke shops. The 2 main workers are pretty chill. There's a lot different products and they haven't tried them all lol, so if you're a first timer or wanna try something new you might wanna bring an experienced friend or search Google/Reddit/Quora on first.

You can go to a smoke shop anywhere, you can probably get supplies for most smoke shops for whatever you want in most places. Raw smoke shop of Palo Alto simply has Superior customer service and sales and just an overall vibe that is significantly better than any smoke shop I've been to. This is the only place in NorCal for me
