Called to check if they have rocky patel grand reserve in stock, I hear a click and thought he put me on hold to check stock.. line disconnects. I call back and mention the line disconnected, he asks what I want, I again explain, he interrupts and says “brother, I am busy now, you call back in 1 or 2 hours.”
So basically hung up on me the first time because he didn’t want to be bothered which landed him a bad review for horrible customer service.
