Closest to my workplace and have stopped in a couple of times in the past 4 years. It’s always the same blonde guy at the counter every time and he has the worst attitude. There used to be a handicap man that was very pleasant and helpful, however I haven’t seen him in over 2 years. Monday afternoon I took 2 of my coworkers there to buy disposables and whatever his name is made it apparent we were disrupting his day. Barely answered our questions and my coworker even jokingly said he should smile more… He intentionally ignored her, and proceeded checking out our other coworker. We proceeded to discuss loudly that it’s embarrassing for a small business to seem irritated they have customers, and be said absolutely nothing. Won’t be back!

Terrible customer service , cashier acted like they did not want to be there and he had an attitude if you ask about certain vapes

Decent shop, they may have been more of a shabang back in the day of rebuildables but in my opinion they're not anything special now. Low volume in juice selection, no rebuildable anything or basic supplies. The shop's boutique'ish but you won't find anything here you can't get anywhere else. If you're a builder like me, don't even bother with this place. There are better shops. The juice they do have is limited and about the same price as competitors in the area. Friendly enough service but I wouldn't say he looked happy to have a customer. Anyway, I guess if your just after pods and some basic juices, or need juice in a pinch, it's an ok place. It's just not for me.

After months of trying, I have given up with this particular store. My family and I have spent well over $2,500 here and they refuse to give us good service in return. They're constantly lying to their customers; often times lying in ways that most customers would never even catch (the RX200S that I purchased does not have a DNA chip, as they promised it did). When they run out of product, or can't afford to carry that product, they actually tell customers that the brand is going out of business. This has now happened to me 4 separate times. These are lies. Every time. Their selection is bunk, they've stopped carrying the only good juice lines they ever had, and their pricing models for hardware are insulting. They've seen now that their location makes it hard for anyone in the area to shop elsewhere, and they've run with it. Quite frankly, I believe that they've created multiple Google accounts to give themselves positive reviews. I plan on calling the Better Business Bureau soon with evidence that will hopefully make them realize the jokes that have been played on customers for extra profit. I now drive 30 minutes to Top Notch Vapor in Hilliard because they're kind and honest with their customers. I would be happy if I never had to set foot in this Advanced Vapor ever again.
