Absolutely fantastic! Deja explained everything and answered my questions. I came in looking for a lotion to help with carpal tunnel pain. They explained the lotion and asked me my comfortability with edibles or being high. I told them I am not comfortable with being high which is why I wanted to lotion. They completely understood and helped me every step of the way. I admitted I knew nothing about this realm of items and they didn’t judge me at all. I felt very welcomed and would highly recommend this business! If I find success in the products I bought, I will definitely be back!

Both my sister and I have had several negative experiences at Bloom. Every time we go there really pushy on the up selling they must be on commission. But last night experience was the worst. The staff member had an attitude. She just wanted to argue with me, and then when I left, she laughed at me. So when I left, I sent this chat to let them know that I didn’t appreciate being treated that way. And this was the response I get I was right because as we know bullies do not like to be called on their behavior. Usually when I go to a refreshing experience, not here, I will never go there again.

I LOVE Bloom Room! They have a really good selection of quality products and there bud tenders were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be back!
