Knowledgeable staff, great prices, and high quality product! But the budtenders are phenomenal! I went in and made a cruel, ignorant comment about a homeless person I saw frequently in the area. Never had any interaction with this person, and hadn't ever seen them doing anything more offensive than trying to sleep so I really had no business judging. The budtender informed me that the person I described was someone precious to them, who simply had some mental health issues. They reminded me kindly that we never know what someone is going through, so compassion is appreciated. I'm very ashamed of my remarks and judgemental attitude. The budtender was well within their right to scold me or refuse service, but instead calmly educated me. I'm humbled, and learned a valuable lesson. I hope the budtender and the homeless person accept my apology as I strive to keep an open mind about those I know nothing about

Best dispensary around in my opinion! Customer service is above and beyond , it’s my go-to dispensary. Every employee I’ve come in contact with was nice and friendly. Prices have a great range from low to high as well as their supply is decent. I personally smoke oil and I’ve never had a complaint about the oil. I have had one dab pen that didn’t hit or light up or anything but had no issues returning it. I love the “spin the wheel deal”!

I had been a regular customer here for years. Until I had a bud tender completely flip out on me for jokingly looking at the back of my mystery bag to see what was on the label after picking the bag I wanted. His face turned beat red and he told me I’m a rule breaker and lucky if he doesn’t ban me from the store for looking. I apologized for making him mad and uncomfortably picked another bag. The fact that I was already purchasing the bag sorta makes the mystery part over…. no sense in being hostile to a loyal customer over a small unimportant thing like a label on a mystery bag. After telling me off for being a rule breaker the other bud tender asked why he was mad. As soon as I started telling her what happened he completely cut me off and told me to either stop talking now or get banned from the store. I’ve never been talked to so rudely for such a ridiculous reason. Definitely killed my vibe for the place. I’ll be shopping other places from now on.

It was one of the places I regularly went to. Had not been in there for a few weeks, go inside to use the ATM and grab something for 4:20. Apparently, my ex works there. I get cussed out by her. I would not even realize she was there until she addressed me. Busy store. I was told to leave. Which is not an issue. I'm using nicer words than what was presented to me. As I'm getting into my car, another employee follows me out to the parking lot and starts screaming and cussing at me also. The two other employees that were inside you could see they were clearly mortified when I'm walking out about these two's actions. Not to mention, the customers in the parking left me embarrassed and humiliated. This person is a dishonest person who manipulates people, stole, and cheated on me. I had to move to a different residence and not tell them where I live just to avoid them. I had no desire to see this person. But I also did not deserve to be treated this way as I did nothing, and I had been a loyal customer to this business. Stupid I had to put one star

Been going to this shop for over 4 years. their atm has had issues but today i tried 6 times to get it to work, after looking up the code to inform the manager about what is wrong, she then berated me with her work problems then proceeded to kick me out the store when i only came in to buy my things and leave. they made it a personal issue instead of letting me leave with what i wanted. i want this lady fired and never to work with people again. she is so rude and thinks she own the store.. i will never come back to such a unprofessional store run by a disrespectful child manager. so much for a 5 star rating... sad to see the owner dose not watch the shop, it was a better time with her around....... PS, The owner caters to her workers and not her lively hood....
