The short girl with the red hair is top tier. You need more people like her! Shes super friendly and is always so informative. She doesn’t make me feel weird for not knowing and is always willing to recommend what I need rather than trying to upsell me. 10/10 would recommend.

I come in every two weeks when payday hits and I've never had a single problem. The weed is dank. The people are always the coolest. And you're overall atmosphere is relaxing and fun at the same time. You're prices are also dank. I ONLY go to your dispensary when I'm in town.

I'm changing my review to a 1 star. I will never stop in here again. The customer service is not good when you actuallyneed it. I have been coming in here for 3 years since we moved in next door. I have spent nearly 20k in this store as a customer between myself, my wife, visiting friends, visiting family. In all that time and money spending I have never returned anything or complained. I have always had this false perception that the customer was awesome. But that all changed for me recently. I have gone on quite the bad luck spurt with cartridges here at this location. I have had a few top top shelf, 50 plus dollar carts completely leak out, fail, ect. I got a Seattle finest cartridge that leaked out completely, returned that for an exchange of the new same cartridge. Had the same thing happen. When I came back the second time I was literally treated like I'm just trying to complain and be annoying. It was complete trash to treat me that way. With 2 people that I always talk to a lot. They literally just stopped answering me... Because they were mad or something. I continued to ask about when more ice cream would be in and both of them just looked the other way and the manager barely muttered a shoulder shrug like he didn't know. Such garbage. It's not like these guys made the cart malfunction. It's not like these guys are paying for it from their own pocket. There's zero reason to treat me that way. They process a return to the company and get re embursed for faulty cartridges. I, however am paying a lot of money for one little cartridge. I should be able to follow the return policy without being treated like scum. Literally zero appreciation for my high loyalty to this shop. Allllll the money I've spent here and continue to spend. My average weekly trips consist of about 10 I've creams, and several cartridges per trip! I found a way to just get over it and tried to come back. I shouldn't have. Every 510 cartridge is advertised to work in any 510 threaded battery. Period. So tell me how I once again drop really good money on the m fused cartridges and have them completely not work with my pen? That's fine and great, so I go to return them. That's not my fault, it's advertised to work in any pen. There's zero distinction that any special pen is needed. So I go in to EXCHANGE both cartridges. Not even return, but exchange in their store. I get there, and nobody can help me in an empty store. 3 employees, but the "manager" is out at Chipotle and he's the only one who can help me. So have to sit at this store for almost the entire 30 minutes to even be helped. I am suffering from a severe back injury, have 3 kids and my wife just had a major surgery who can not even get up. It's already a serious inconvenience to have to return all of this faulty stuff but I'm understanding. The manager finally comes back and won't do an exchange for me. I can't even believe it. I'm pissed at this point, because the manager grabs another battery and says let's go outside. He tries the cartridge on a brand new battery and says, oh I can't return this because it works on these bigger batteries. You'll need to buy a battery. Do you want to buy one? I said well I guess I have to to use these carts you won't return that I can't use. I days are those not advertised to work on any pen? He said yeah, but some times you need a special pen. Ummmm... Seriously? So I had to purchase a f***** battery instead of get an exchange. Show me where it says you need a special pen to use a universal 510 thread before you purchase? It's just garbage. I would not recommend kush 21 at all to anyone. 30%off of not enough to deal with this kind of treatment as a high paying customer. There's no appreciation or care. There's no value in being a customer here. I would rather pay full price and be treated like all my business matters. Now all of my business will be someone else's business. I found out really quick when I actually started having issues how much I don't matter. How much my hard earned money in this economy doesn't matter to these people.

I love this little store! It is definitely one of my top go-to places in South Everett. I've been getting my shtuff from them for over a year now, and every time, the service and product has been amazeballs.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always have a great variety and are happy to point out products that you will enjoy. Prices are very reasonable.
