A poor experience, pretty to look at, but operates very poorly. Budtenders aren't very focused n poorly trained. Prices are average with Cannazone next door offering the same if not better deals with every dollar you save here you save 3 next door. Ordered online and my ofer was terribly prepared with the budtender placinh random things in my bag n gaslighting me when i told them so. Took 3 people to figure out why my 70 dollar order was almost 130 bucks. Even after i kept telling them that they had placed random items in my bag. Also security is lousy, not even there to check ids

The manager messed up my order 2x spoke with her after but won't fix issue it as it's not a product problem. The products are fine, the manager could use some help and additionally with customer service and retaining customers. Last time there. I would go next door - Cannazone can actually use your points and they are amazing at customer service. (I only went here for a specific product but used to be a regular) Last time here EVER.

Decently priced products but off-putting customer service. Looked online for what I wanted before going in and made my choices. Arrived, went to the ATM, and then proceeded down the line to the front. There was no one waiting in line, there were 2 employees helping customers and one organizing products. I didn't know where to stand to wait for an available employee and the one organizing products didn't look up so I continued down the counter to stand behind someone being helped, to be helped next. When it came to my turn, I told the employee the items I chose and as he left to grab them he proceeded to tell me that "he'll help me this time but there's a line that I need to use next time before being helped". I told him that I did walk down the line, I used the ATM, but there wasn't anyone in it when I arrived and it's not clear where to wait to be called next. Then another employee assisting a different customer walked by and just said "yeah there's a line". I'm fully aware of how to buy products at your store but the lack of clear direction on how to actually wait to be helped and a complete lack of situational awareness and customer service displayed by your employees altered my perception of this place of business (which I supported throughout the pandemic!!) and ultimately I decided to leave and make my purchase elsewhere. Wednesday 4/10/24 330pm.

I was told once several years ago that the owner of the store prices topicals at the lowest price point possible because they do not believe that people in pain should have to pay more than they have to for relief. That is still reflected in their pricing (you won’t find Dragon Balm cheaper anywhere) & that same degree of kindness & humanity is always seen in their staff. Every experience at Danks is a positive one with friendly, knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to help.
