I’ve been coming here for almost three years and they’ve always been so helpful. As a person with chronic pain, cannabis has been one of the best tools to avoid addictive medications (which many doctors prescribe without thought). The Novel Tree has helped me navigate their options to get the most effective product for whatever issue I walk in with.

I have to say this place is beyond nice. I've never been greeted and dealt with and such a professional manner as these guys and gals. The building is very clean and always up to stock. The people know what they're talkin about. If you have to drive a little extra to get to this place I highly recommend it over other shops. I've not been more pleased with a dispensary since cannabis was decriminalized. My favorite "Salad Bar" in Washington State. Great prices, great selection but most importantly, great people.

I made the error of getting to the store as they were closing,I had taken a Lyft and luckily the driver waited, because the person inside clearly felt I was some kind of threat,I'm a senior woman of color with a cane....my order was declined, what a feeling, glad it wasn't raining 😅 no worries.i forgive you . treat people better it comes back to you.
