I don't usually leave reviews, and to be honest I typically never have issues with Kushmart. Their budtenders are kind and helpful. My experience today did leave me sad though :( I came to get a cartridge. But, the cartridge I got was very hard to inhale and tasted burnt. I went in an returned it no problem! I tried again, and it still didn't work. I went back in hoping to maybe exchange it for something else. Instead, I showed how it was hard to use, and because it still "hit" I was met with an awkward exchange of basically "whaddya wanna do?". I left disgruntled, but I wanted to try and see if it was truly my battery that was causing the issue. I tried a different battery (for reference this is supposed to be a flavored cartridge), and it still it just doesn't seem to hit right and for what is supposed to be a mango flavor, it tastes like burnt plastic. I'm really disappointed, I've never had any issues here and just wanted to pick up something tasty for my birthday. Guess I'll just be buying a different cartridge brand next time to avoid this altogether :/

Today is the 2nd time I have noticed that they lie about the discounts they give you, went in for a 60 dollar purchase and at 40% off that's 36, however I was brought to a total of 42. Check your purchases, make sure they are not swindling you.

Just stopped in for my weekly reup, never been disrespected so much in my life by your door person. James and I have an understanding about your bag policy because of my disabilities. Forcibly separating a disabled person from their medications, and causing an anxiety attack that requires those meds is wrong! Review your ableist policies and take a lesson in how to treat people from your employee James, the Hawaiian shirt guy.
