I recently visited the float center and had an absolutely amazing experience, all thanks to the exceptional employees who assisted me. The manager Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable about the float process, explaining every step in detail and answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Her guidance made my float incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Lisa's friendly and approachable nature made it easy to talk about any concerns I had. I felt truly cared for throughout the entire session. Lisa is an incredible asset to this company & I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking a top-notch floating experience.

Laura was very knowledgeable and made me, his wife, feel comfortable. The full session is 60 minutes, which for me was about 15 minutes too long. Was very relaxing and helped my sore back feel amazing. Did not know it can cause vertigo. Came home and fell asleep...how's that for stress relief?

I honestly wish I had known more about floating years ago. I am now a “for lifer” and will share how much I enjoy it with all so they don’t miss out on the experience either. 😅 Thank you Dee for being so accommodating. I showed up to a float an entire hour before my originally scheduled appointment and she was able to juggle and get me in so we didn’t have to reschedule. Atmosphere here = relaxing and welcoming. “F*&$. Yes” is what I am constantly repeating after floating for this first time- just do it, don’t second guess your decision. Just do it.

My husband and I recently visited to try floating for the first time. We both have high stress jobs and needed to try something new. I was so excited! Everything was great until the very end... Pros: the gal who checked us in, sorry cant recall your name, was informative and fun to speak to. The place was so clean, there was zero concerns. Helped us pick out the right sounds, and answered all our questions. Totally a 5 start experience to start. Cons: The reason for the two star hit? The sales pitch and push for a membership at the end, right after I had just explained to them that I had to get out early because my skin was beginning to itch and I could not relax. I think I made it 40 minutes maybe in the tank and found the light very annoying and I was unable to turn it off as many times as I pushed on it. They brushed off my feedback and said their first time "wasn't perfect", etc. I'm in sales, and I know when I'm being sold to get the deal done and when I'm getting an honest guidance. I hate it when it doesn't feel genuine. It completely turns me off. I wasn't looking for a refund or anything of the like, I knew this was a trial and error, but there was ZERO effort made on their part to make me feel better or give it a second try without the push for membership. A "I'm sorry your first wasn't what you had hoped, her is a discount code to give us another try for the future." Would have been the best way to go about things at the end. Not a sales pitch.

This definitely helped relieve some inflammation I suffer from when working out. The hr float session was more than enough to relive stress as well. It definitely exfoliated my skin. The voice that starts/ends the cycle is too quick and may be missed. Tips: Bring lotion
