I came in to try the red light therapy. Staff was very professional and informative in walking me through the process. Very relaxing environment too! I appreciated having privacy to be comfortable in the therapy area. Overall I am impressed with the quality of their products and plan to return soon while I train for my next race. Can't believe I had no idea this place existed until now!

I recently tried red light therapy at IV Nutrition, and I’m seriously impressed. I went in feeling sluggish and sore, and walked out feeling recharged and balanced. The combination of the red light therapy with IV Drip made a noticeable difference faster recovery, improved mood, and even better sleep that night. The staff was super knowledgeable and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. The space was calming, and everything felt very clean and high-end. You can tell they really care about their clients' wellness. This has officially become a must in my self-care routine. Highly recommend giving it a try you won’t regret it!
