Out of every place I've gone in the denver metro for kratom... kratom imports is hands down the best place. Amazing products/selection, and the chillest vibe ever. Everyone who works here is very down to earth and will happily answer any questions for people new to the products, and will chat with veterans of the product. Great relationships between employees and customers.

I found this via Google 3+ years ago, and this is still my go-to place. I've tried other shops around town, and haven't been back to one. The quality, selection, and prices are great. The people have also been amazing. I've had good experiences with everyone at the counter, but Jake is my favorite. He's always been quick, polite, and knowledgable. He helped my sister choose products when I brought her in. I can't think of another business where I'm happy to stay and chat for a while, and even text outside of the shop.

I love this shop because their quality is consistent, and they keep up with new products. The prices are fair and reflect the high quality. The deals on kratom powder are pretty great, and I feel appreciated every time I go in.

I’ve only been to the Glendale location and I love this place! The staff is always friendly and so knowledgeable. Top notch quality of products as well! Recommend this place to anyone looking for quality & professionalism!

Edit: When dealing with anyone other than the owner, I have had nothing but positive interactions and such friendly service. However, the owner is a remarkably unfriendly, cold and suspicious guy. I hate to see him each time I come in, and because of this, I will find a new place for my business, despite this shop being extremely conveniently located. Just no longer want to give hundreds of dollars in business to someone who seems to despise me every time I come in. See ya 👋
