Wow, I called to ask a few questions and your staff was VERY rude to me, too bad I didn't get his NAME, need to fix that, he hung up on me, barely answered my questions, acted like talking to me for LITERALLY FIVE SECONDS was a burden! Great choice of staffing! (Not) I can't even call back and complain to the manager cuz for one who's to guarantee they will care or even have a better attitude, and two, my luck is the same dude is gonna answer and or TURN OUT TO BE THE MANAGER, WHO KNOWS BUT, FIX IT. I won't be shopping here again bro.

I can’t remember the names of The store manager and assistant but they were so nice!! Great location better than a lot of the other Lightshade locations… loved this batch of dialed in

Best bud and best prices. I mean im paying 60$ an ounce for equinox brand right now. Haven’t had their wax. Edit to add: they sold me product that was past the use by date without telling me. Also added a pic.
