Very unwelcoming. I visited their store a few times with my ex about 10 months ago, so a few months after breaking up with my then bf I go in to try to get some weed myself since I’ve never been served directly and the owner told me she can’t serve me because she had an altercation with my boyfriend. I guess she was sleeping with him behind my back and was upset he stopped coming to the store. I gladly took myself to Capital Dank down the road. Much better selection of weed anyways.

I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries over the years, and only one or two have ever come close to UWD. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It also helps that there is a very low turnover rate. The owners are always hands on and create a welcoming, patient focused environment. You can feel the team’s positive energy the moment you walk in. Their products are consistently top shelf and well priced. Always a great experience from start to finish!

I live nearby and checked out UWD for the convenience in the beginning. Now I go there often. The staff are always helpful and patient, letting me look through their selection, while also offering suggestions on products. The prices are good and the location is nice. Can't recommend them enough.

UWD may be on the other side of town from me, but it's worth the time and effort to go there. Star is very knowledgeable in helping me navigate through the numerous products available and find specific items that help me deal with pain management. Wish I would have found UWD a couple years ago.
